Positive: Our room was spacious enough for a family of 6 and had a mini kitchen, so it was nice to cook a few of our own dinners. The breakfast included was tasty. Loved that they had a gluten free option and the servers did their best to help with cross contamination.
Negative: There is no free parking at the hotel. We didn't find this out until after booking and it would have charged us to cancel. There is street parking for a fee, if you can find it or their valet (which is very expensive) or a parking garage a block or so away.
Summary: Really liked the hotel. Felt like it was in a fairly safe and convenient location. PARKING sucks.

Positive: I like the location of this hotel because it has wide space for socializing outdoors. It has a very nice patio. I also like that it is clean and well maintained. I feel that the neighborhood is pretty safe and plenty of space around the building to park your car outside.
Negative: None.

Positive: This hotel is a good location, pet friendly with a very good kitchen. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, there was good lighting. The courtyard is really a nice outdoor space to sit and enjoy the fire pit. There is a clean laundry room. Most of the reception staff were friendly and helpful. They could be more welcoming. Clark, the manager was the friendliest person.
Negative: There is breakfast from 7-10 am. The breakfast service staff is very efficient and helpful, especially Wanda. She greeted everyone in a cheerful manner. The hot dishes were not very good: overcooked and dry scrambled eggs, tasteless turkey sausage, tater tots, biscuit and gravy. The oatmeal was good. I made my own breakfast in the room. I did not eat at the restaurant in the evening.

Positive: It was beautiful and recieved my accommodation that I requested valet was amazing too Wanda was my favorite staff I encountered. She was personable and helpful.
Negative: Breakfast was not the best would of liked more fruit options and more non red meats
